Iran's penal population is three times the capacity of prisons

NCRI - According to Mehr news agency, affiliated with Iranian regime’s Intelligence Ministry, on Wednesday September 7, Aliasghar Jahangiri, Head of Iran's Prisons Organization, said that prisons space is not commensurate with the penal population and admitted that “Iran’s penal population is three times the capacity of the prisons.”
