Iran: Taxpayers' Money Looted by Giant 'Revolutionary Foundations' via Rouhani

NCRI - After the Iranian regime’s Oil Ministry awarded the Azadegan and four other oil fields development projects to two institutions known as the Barakat (Blessing) Foundation and Khatam-ol-Anbiya Base, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development now awarded a development project to another plunderer institution, the so-called Mostazafin Foundation (Foundation for the Oppressed).
Mahmoud Navidi, managing director of “Khomeini Airport Estates Company” announced on Tuesday, November 1 that the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development will sign a contract with the Mostazafin Foundation for construction and operation of "Salam (Greeting) Terminal in Khomeini Airport” in Tehran next week.
The state-run ILNA news agency quoting Navidi wrote: “This project was awarded to Mostazafin Foundation with no bids. According to him, the award was given upon recommendation and approval of Rouhani’s cabinet.”
The amount of Mostazafin Foundation's investment in this project is announced to be $4b US dollars. Previously, construction of part of the “Salam Terminal” was awarded to “National Construction Company” which is a subsidiary of the plunderer Mostazafin Foundation.
