U.S. Experts Warn About Aircraft Sales to Iran

NCRI - Calling the deal with Iranian airlines very dangerous, sanctions experts warned about the sale of U.S. manufactured aircrafts to Iran, in a gathering at Heritage Foundation in Washington DC on April 21, 2017.
In this gathering, a panel of experts discussed the implications of these deals and how they could complicate U.S. efforts to contain Iran’s expanding influence in the Middle East.
Specialists said history has indicated that purchase of civilian aircrafts are a cover up for Iranian regime to deliver money and weapons to its allies in the Middle East.
They also stressed that Tehran is using civilian aircrafts to transfer terrorist Quds force and militants from Afghanistan and Iraq to Syria, while simultaneously they are used for carrying shipments of weapons to help the Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad and Hezbollah forces in the region, Yemen and elsewhere with the aim of destabilizing.
According to experts, rather than transporting passengers inside the country, Iran will use the new Boeing and Airbus aircrafts bought under the Join Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) agreement for illegal above mentioned activities.
