NCRI - The manager of the TV channel, ‘Halab Today in Aleppo’, in an interview with the national television of the Iranian Resistance described the condition in Aleppo and talked about the Syrian soldiers' operations for breaking the siege imposed by the Assad regime as well as the deployed forces of the Iranian regime.
The following text is the part of his interview:
"Bassel Abu Hamza-the manager of Halab Today TV in Aleppo:
It has been three months since Aleppo is under siege and the firings, airstrikes of the warplanes and helicopters continue. In addition to that, the missiles and artillery shells are fired daily and consecutively to these regions. A large number of people are killed or injured daily in these residential areas. The Assad's and Iran's regime are committing these crimes each day and the militias of the Mullahs' regime also has besieged Aleppo.
The situation of people is critical in this city. The casualties cannot go to the outside hospitals of the border of Turkey for treatment. The lack of fuel and food affect the life of townspeople. The resistant fighter groups have launched the great and epic operation of Aleppo from in the western regions to break the siege and to release the city that is being controlled by the regime's forces for 5 years.
The fighter groups could take a large number of areas such as Dahiyeh Assad and Minyan Village under control. Other regions that were controlled by the Hezbollah and Mullahs' regime were also conquered. This battle still continues and the people of Aleppo are waiting for the second attack of the revolutionaries.
One of the citizens describes people's condition in Aleppo. Abu Mohammad talks about the shortages and the difficulties in Aleppo. He says that nothing here exists and everything is scarce. Even the simple foods such as bread and yogurt are not available. The flour price has become 1000 lira per kilo and the bakers get 250 to 300 lira for baking the bread from one-kilo flour. We can only get 5 loaves of bread daily and sometimes in every two days. The winter has arrived and we don’t have any fuel or wood to burn. The situation is critical here.
Abu Mohammad expects the revolutionaries to break the siege and to release the city. He says:"by the God's willing, the city will be released completely."
As Abu Mohammad said, breaking the siege is one of the major priorities. Thus, the casualties could be transferred to the hospitals outside of Aleppo and the people will be supplied with food and fuel. The revolutionaries are currently in the second phase of the epic operation and they want to break the siege and to release the city."
