Iran: Security forces’ entrance to private beaches sanctioned



The commander of SSF Moral Security Police said, the SSF forces may enter private beaches along the Caspian Sea and other Iranian beaches for inspection purposes.
Tuesday night, June 20, 2017, Gholam-haydar Heydari, told the staff in charge of planning for the Mazandaran Sea in Sari, “Private beaches that host the public and travelers are not considered private and the SSF forces face no legal restrictions in entering them, just as they do in other places.”
Heydari added, “The SSF will demand beach managers this summer to observe the new directive according to the law.” (The official IRNA news agency – June 20, 2017)
