The regime’s Health Ministry announced the mullahs’ engineered Covid-19 numbers from the past 24 hours on Monday as 9310 new cases, according to the regime's official IRNA news agency. These are the highest such stats reported in the past 110 days.
“The number of people being hospitalized for coronavirus is rising across the country. The number of people being hospitalized each day in provinces such as Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, Semnan, South Khorasan, Markazi (Central), and Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari are becoming red zone areas,” said a deputy Health Minister on Monday. “The number of daily Covid-19 hospitalizations in the provinces of West Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Alborz, Tehran, Razavi Khorasan, Fars, Qazvin, Qom and Lorestan is on the rise,” this official

“The confirmed cases of Covid-19 in numerous cities across the countries western and central areas is of grave concern. According to these reports at least 13 cities will soon be designated as orange zone areas. Furthermore, two cities will be designated as red zone areas,” said Alireza Raisi, spokesperson of the National Covid-19 Task Force on Monday.
“The reason why we are witnessing circumstances deteriorating in Tehran at a very fast rate is that the majority of the people seeking medical care have naturally contracted the mutated UK strain,” said Alireza Zali, head of the Tehran Covid-19 Task Force on Sunday, according to state TV.
“Based on our forecasts hospitals will be seeing more people seeking medical care for Covid-19 symptoms in the next three weeks. We will probably witness another episode of the illness in our society,” said the head of Tehran’s Lasani Hospital on Monday. “To this day only around 15 percent of the hospital personnel have been vaccinated,” this official added, according to the semi-official ILNA news agency.
“Conditions in Shushtar are red. Each day between 50 to 55 percent of the PCR tests are positive, which naturally will result in our hospitals being packed and the number of dire patients escalating,” said the deputy dean of Shushtar Medical School on Sunday, according to the Mehr news agency, an outlet linked to the regime's Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS).
“We need to declare the increase in the threat of Covid-19 cases rising in Hormozgan as soon as possible,” said the dean of Hormozgan Medical Sciences University on Monday, adding the number of people being hospitalized has increased by 53 percent. “Issuing such a warning two weeks from now will do no good. The mutated UK strain is expanding day by day, and dangerous circumstances are forecasted for Hormozgan province,” this official added, according to the semi-official ISNA news agency.
“[Kohgiluyeh & Boyer Ahmad] province is on the verge of becoming a red zone and entering a new peak of this illness. Furthermore, in the coming days our hospitals will be packed and there will be no empty beds for non-coronavirus patients,” said the dean of the local Medical Sciences University on Monday, according to the regime's official IRNA news agency.
“The number of people being hospitalized for Covid-19 is on the rise and positive PCR tests have doubled in the past few weeks,” said the deputy dean f Mashhad Medical Sciences University on Monday. “With this trend continuing in the not-so-distant future we will be seeing the city of Mashhad and all of Razavi Khorasan province being designated as orange zones,” this official added, according to the regime's official IRNA news agency.
“The number of coronavirus patients hospitalized across [Zanjan] province have tripled and the city of Zanjan is now registered as an orange zone,” said the dean of Zanjan Medical Sciences University on Monday, according to the Mehr news agency.
