Iran Regime's MPs Are Dismayed About Extension of Sanctions Passed by US Congress

NCRI - On Tuesday November 22, the Mullahs' regime was extremely dismayed about the recent enactment that was passed by the US congress, following the US Presidential Election.
A meeting consisted of 220 MPs was held and a statement was read demanding the Mullahs' regime to act upon and follow up the Iran's nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).
The following text is part of the statement:
"US congress recently extended the old sanction on Iran for another 10 years. They also passed another law to prevent aircraft sales to our country. We as the members of parliament fully support the speech that was made this morning by the chairman of the Parliament of Iran. We totally observe the attitudes of the members of US congress and House of Representatives as well. We ask the Iranian government to take serious countermeasures regarding Iran's Deal (JCPOA), as the parliament passed a law on it. The parliament of Iran is also fully ready to maintain the achievements of the Islamic Revolution in the peaceful nuclear industry of the country as well as the national honor."
The chairman of the Parliament of Iran, Ali Larijani, in a meeting on Tuesday, said in this regard:
"50 motions were nearly introduced in the US House of Representatives in opposed to Iran's Deal and two of them were passed as a law last week. It is surprising that the chairman of the US House of Representatives claimed that Iran has violated the Deal and by this claim, he wanted to find a pretext in order to justify their unreasonable and irresponsible measures. The main argument of the opponents of the nuclear deal was that Iran will cheat and fail to fulfill the obligations."
The IRGC News Agency, known as Fars News, wrote news about the sale of Airbus and Boeing aircraft to the Mullahs' regime. The news reads:"while Rouhani considers a success to sign a pre-contract regarding the aircraft purchase after the nuclear deal, Boeing and Airbus companies retreated following the US Presidential Election and the contract that has been signed after Iran's Deal is vague and uncertain."
The news also reads:" Boeing has indirectly announced that the promises do not have any special values and as an American economic firm, the company is following the elected president Trump and his orders."
